IMHO , Your Ecas status took sometime to change..I mean they have started processing your file on March 27 and I guess you have a good headroom with your points ie: well above 67 and you might have had strong documentation that the IO was totally satisfied and hence they had sent you the letter on the same day asking you to wait for somemore time, as per the current procedure.

Ofcourse ALL IS WELL and its a very positive sign.You can be sure that you will receive MR for sure unless there is something serious with your BG checks.Now even if there are new changes brought in for FSW, your file will be processed for sure and you can expect your MR.But you will have to wait for somemore time.I believe by June most of people now in process would start getting MR's.We all will be happy if they are goin to do it earlier.

With those whom IO's are not sure about the Points or documentation, IO woll take some more time to decide what to do further with them.

Well all of the above are purely my GUESS.

Well it seems that Iam spared from the tiring wait for MR and the VO has decided to sent me home early..ha ha ha atleast thats what my Ecas says today  ! A jump from RBVO to DM today.


We received your application for permanent residence on May 31, 2010. 

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. 

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. 

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. 

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 1, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I dont know may be it is a glitch....coz the order of the sentences doesnt make any sense..Guess i will have to join a few DM threads to get more feedbacks...

I will let you know once i get more info on this !

Its official now...My application got rejected on the bassis of NOC JD.

But the File number mentioned in the letter is different than the ones in 1st and 2nd AOR.

The emerging situation,particularly for the applicants under NOC4131, does not seem to augur well,at this point of time at least.
NDVO has upstaged all VOS,when it comes to keep the applicants waiting,waiting nd waiting........We post our view points nd help each other in whatever manner,we can.That's the best thing happening,at this moment.Our conjectures,notwithstanding,VOs have their own way to handle our applications.At times,inconsistency  in ecas staus of applications noticeably appear nd lately it has become a discerning feature of the system.
My status turned to IP (without start date) on FEB 17,2012.On March 08,2012 ,I happened to send CSE,which evoked no response from NdVO.This prompted me to send yet another CSE in persuant to the earlier one,during first week of MAY.I am waiting for response,,even now.What worries me  is the fact that the CAIPS REPORT ordered by my relative in in Canada during first week of March 2012 ,is yet to reach the desired address,as mentioned in the application for the said purpose.When my relative sent a reminder,supported by documentry evidence to the effect that the requisit fee was debitted to his a/c early MARCH, in came response that it was sent by post in the 2nd week of April 2012.A copy was reportedly being sent,yet again by post,ignoring our request to email the same.
So, this speaks how the things are working for us, Beleiving that   situation may improve for us some day,we have  always to look up to the sky for rains of our success.
Let us see how the wind blows !!!Please share ur opinions.

Dear Mates,

I also belongs to this category, filed application on Dec 2009, submitted full documents to Seoul VO on June, 2010. My e-CAS was showing "in process" since 15 Feb 2011 but the inside detail was same as RBVO. The status was updated today and changed directly to "decision made" adding the line...a decision has been made on your application and VO will send the letter regarding the decision. I hope it's most probably rejection as of similar to other applicants. God knows what is happening after a long and painful wait. God bless you all guys.
