If i knew that INSURANCE ADJUSTER would be added to the New NOC i would have simply waited to apply under the new process, but the fear that 4131 might be removed and NOC that suits me might not be on the new lists. My training also relates with insurance. 4131 NOC applicants are expected to be much because they all function in various areas unlike nursing - there are IT trainers, insurance trainers, etc. all under the 4131.

I have applied under 4131 category. I received my 2nd AOR dated 17th Feb on 14th March with the same file number and they have asked me not to contact them for few months. My concern is I am quitting my job as I got a new job. Should I inform CIC about it. If so, what would be the consequences. Would my process get delayed further? Please add your inputs.

Hi guys,

I am also belonging 4131 category. My e-CAS changed to 'in process' since 15 Feb 2011 with the same stupid RBVO details. Don't know what is going on there.

Hi Sushilmuna,

Can you please advise with your 2nd AOR date.

Thanks

Thanks

Hi sairam99,

My second AOR date is 8 June, 2010 and e-CAS changed to 'in process' on 15 Feb 2011 but showing the same stupid RBVO details inside it. Could you please tell me your 'in process' details? I guessed it doesn't work properly as I saw one thread today, one guy 'idris_halai' got MR today though his e-CAS still showing received by visa office. What do you think mate, when do we get our MR/PR, the waiting is really painful.

Don't worry about online status. You will be getting your MR soon..., right now MR issued for people who got their 2nd AOR in june and july 2010.

My status also shown different status at different times. In feb it is got changed to "In Process" and then changed to "Application Received". I have to wait 3-4 moths to get MR. My 2nd AOR dated on 3rd November.

Thanks & Regards,

Thanx for reviving this thread... Seems to have been gone for a long sleep in absence of any new updates since late 2010... its used to be one of the most commonly used thread for the 4131's.....

Yes, you are right Fariza, I agreed with you.

Be prepared for a long wait friend as you can see with my time line..... If its earlier than consider it to be your luck and bonus....All CHC's are following the MI-2 (Ministerial/Parliamentary Instruction to only process for Post 26 June 2010 applicants.... and the MI-1 (Post Feb 2008 and pre June 2010) applicants are on hold (backlog) for resume processing.... Election is coming up in next May... so...another twist of uncertainty ahead.... All we can do is just to keep our finger crossed for each other..... All the best

How do you know Friza about MI-1 and MI-2? Nectar has already predictions of "inside" information. Hard to believe anyone.

Sorry don't think I am something pretending or making things up....or pl. don't figure me out like Nectar....... Its actually revealed from a response mail of a VO as he described the reason of delay to one of our forum friends case.... As the mail was shared in some of the thread.....it came out as a common understanding... I even had no idea about MI-1, MI-2 or C-50 (all seems to be coded tips for the VO and CIC). I also don't like to believe or trust in but couldn't rule out either as some similar responses from London CHC VO's also indicated ongoing MI-2 priority... However, as Wayne indicated possibly this priority will only make window for 20,000 and the rest annual quota will be filled in from MI-1 and C-50.... But still all goes along with our prediction level only.... All we can expect is the maximum of our forum friends be able to get the visa by the end of this year

 Hi Fariza

Yup you are probably right.. so far given the analysis provided, many of the NOC even not reached with the cap (1000) under post 26 June 2010 applicants... But given the number of PER issued (some of them also started getting MR) it is reasonable to predict that post June 2010's won't be able to consume the annual quota and the pre june 2010 and other backloggers expected to have chance to be picked up to fill in the rest of quota... but this all only on a fair prediction as CIC based on new MI might have different things in mind or plan of action...So we need to wait and see
