I am going to consult with a lawyer and prepare this for consultation

I am a Computer Trainer in 4131 After a long waiting Q This is really frustrating for me now, I am indicating some of my opinion to u for further procedures

Is it a common practice after obtaining 69 marks out of 67.

Is there is any probability to deduct my relatives point.

Previously they ask my relatives documents only ( On early April 2010).

Why not then point out the language factor.

Why they suppose to predict some individuals future in CA in reference with IELTS and others
after obtaining 69 selection point

There are lot of skill / Language development program runs everywhere throughout CA for New Immigrant then why they are assuming  that there are no further development in that specific field.

They have organized such type of programs for the sake of new Immigrants, ultimately options are open  for a new comer to build himself best in Canadian economy.

You know Now a days Every new Immigrant engage them self in such type skill development program because in the real life there is no suitable jobs available without Canadian experience or degree and it is common for all like doctors , engineers, It people etc.

And my relative is suffering now for this reason , you know he is completed his education from Michigan University USA though he has no positive result in job factor in CA because Lack of Canadian experience.

So further skill development is must in CA for new comers economic solvency.

Now come to another point which is economical support from relative.

In that case I do not need any financial support from my relative because I have my own required fund if that is not enough then I will have to submit more.

The main objective is only the 5 points for relatives residing in CA.

It does not mean that he is sponsoring me or I will be depend on him.

Because w are in FSW class Not in Family Class Sponsorship. ...

hello guys..............i am new in this site but from 15 days everyday i am checking here inputs given by all of u..........my cousin appled under this category.he has done LLB regularly but LLM correspondently.We r from india but he has not any exp. in his field not any practice in court or teaching at law college.He has done job in lic office 3 yrs.But he applied under this category and submit his 2 yrs teaching exp. fom law college and he also showed currently working but in actualy he is not ...............he is doing personal business.he also told me canada will not verify and some times they dont send any interview.
but i dont believe can u guys pls suggest me its true that they will not verify.would he go to canada without any interview?is it possible ..........i am little worry about him..............pls suggest me

And i wish to god u all will get success because u r all realy doing gud,u have no fake work exp. nad also intelligent.So May God in ur way of success.God will always with u

Hi Tancy... First of all Welcome to this Thread..

What i want to point it out here is first it is unethical to provide fake Letters to immigration officers as they may BAN the applicant from 2 years to life time to apply for Canada...

Secondly now that you have already applied , stay positive that u dont get an INT call... Normally Int is waved off... however nowadays CHC is becoming more strict and more and more INT is being schduled till the vISA IS ISUED...(This is my Personal finding) ... Just wait and see how thing goes... There is always a chance that they might not call for INT .. i hope ur brother is lucky enough..

They will process applications received before 26th June under the old list but applications received after 26th June will be consider under new list. Its not on CIC website at the moment but its out on canadian gazette so means its a true news.

Your case is simply an example of the new gazette implemented to maintain a high standard of english proficiency for new immigrants and in your case, the ILETS part has prompted the new laws to require applicants to submit ILETS results on the first instance of application to Nova Scotia. It also states that in the new ruling that IOs have the right to reject or refuse if the IO considers the applicant unable to meet any of the requirements to be able to immerse or find employment in canada. As in this case, it is simply an example of why the new system was implemented.
