Guys one thing i have felt that... NOC Doesnt Matter at all... Seriously i am Telling you.. Its just we get into the Negative shell and starts thinking that NOC 4131 is treated in a Bad Way... For the VO all NOC is same and they hardly cares about which job is in Demand cos its not their JOB ... Its the Job of a LMO to actually let the Govt/immigration dept know about the Market shortage of skilled labour... y i am saying this cos there we one doctor who they refused as they were not satisfied with POF... Canada has opened door for Doctors and Canada as a country is facing lot of Problems in Health Care ...so Refusing a doctor means something....well this is a Personal Observation made by me...Rest those who have sent their document before 26 June are all safe and will go through Normal Routine as what we went through... So Guys Cheer up and u All will get it ...

Regarding my case ,  status changed into "In Process " on 1st July but haven't gotten medical yet . How many days it might take to issue that (maximum) .Could you pls comment on that?

Hi Guys,I had an INT in ND Visa Office on Thursday 8th July... The Interview was Very nice and cool...Lady Visa officer was very cool... She called my Name and i and my Wife went inside cabin no 3.... She asked both of us to sit....i Introduced my Wife to the Visa Officer and asked her how she was doing... then we started the INT process... VO asked my wife to go out as she wants to talk to PA(Primary applicant) first . VO asked many questions Related to my marriage where it happened, when it happened... I took my marriage album with me... She was impressed with the album as it was really made very niceley... then she asked Questions like on which side of the Bed u sleep, right or Left....then she asked me food she likes ... Last movie that we watched together...and many other Questions on my Honeymoon Trip... Etc ...Then she asked me to go out and let my Wife in the Cabin... My wife was asked many questions similar to that what i have been asked just to match the answers... She then finally called me up in the cabin... She said she has no issues in granting me the Visa .... Welcome to Canada....She will stamp the Visa and send the passport to my home address.. I beleive she does that... i wish i will get it by the coming week end ... Thats all..

My Qualifications is i have done my Btech From Kurukshetra University.... MBA from United Kingdom.... Worked as ASST professor in an ENG college for 1 Year before i moved to a Software Industry.... Currently working as a Senior Software Engg in Pune with one of the biggest Product/Service development Company...


My Wife has done MBA in Human Resource ... She is currently as a Core HR handling Payroll of the Employee... Employee Engagement ... Handling Appraisals etc...

We applied in August 2009....under NOC 4131...

          Below is  what my E.cas reads. Like i said, it has never changed, i  guess maybe the Visa officer does not update it like in other visa offices, for reasons i do not know.


We received your application for permanent residence on January 30, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 12, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

That is the  reason why i am confused whether "your file  is  being processed" as written by the Visa officer in my case, i do not know if it means the same as  in process as in your case. I do not also know the date they started processing my file, since he did not make mentioned of the date.
 
Please keep me updated as your file changes to the next step.

Could you share your time-line pls .What your e-cas  displaying  is the status of the decision of the initial application sent to NS  followed by an email regarding your eligibility for further process asking full docs or rejection.I couldn't figured out why aren't they concentrating  on the  subsequent updating of your status.As you said, you already inquired about the matter but nothing changed. How come they still don't change it despite your interference into that !!

           my initial application was filed in January 2009
           received mail from Sidney Feb 12 2009
           sent full docs June 25 2009
           AOR from visa office August  31  2009, and in my AOR from Visa office stated that my file will take 18 months to be processed.

I have read from this forum, that not every visa office updates applications online and that is the reason i am not worried about it. Each time i write to them they let me know what is happening, so i think i will just be patient and see what happens next.

The information i have pasted is all what it reads. There is no other information apart from that.

Could you pls explain the quoted sentence ."How will they conduct ''security check'' .Would you pls take some trouble to comment on that?
