I am 4131 and pre-June, I got a letter from LVO stating that I have to wait for the next 6-12 months. Many of the forum friends advised this is a positive sign. Let's hope Smiley. Here is the snapshot of my letter

Dear 4131 friends,
This is the time we all need to think positive and keep updating on this thread. I know there are lots of things going on in other threads for 4131 as well about our NOC future at Canada. However, we have to believe on GOD and need to wait till outcome.

God Bless,

Dear Kavyaji,
Thanx for ur nice words. Our NOC has been under severe attack by a fellow member FOR some inexplicable reason. The gentleman has evolved his own theory which ,to his mind, shall be adopted  by VOS while processing our applications. Our conjecture will remain,as such nd VOS have their well defined methodology to process our applications, primarily based on the quality of our docs.If presentation  of application is not upto the mark, the applicant has to face the music.we should better avoid pre-concieved notion and  not to  undermine a particular NOC, as if  all the aplications under it were  to be RED-FLAGGED by VO,enmass.

Any ways,my ECAS is still showing "IN PROCESS" WITHOUT COMMENCEMENT OF PROCESSING DATE.I have ordered for CAIPS NOTES nd let us see how it turns out to be.
GOOD LUCK ND GOD BLESS ALL !!!!

Thats very good IDEA you order CAIPS NOTES, I am suggesting all 4131 who have much confusion related to progress , please order CAIPS at the same time let me clear you one thing which is very very important at this stage to understand our own future at Canada. forget about what other has to say for 4131.

First thing is to clerify what is 4131 - we are professional who have eligibility to get job as trainer/ instructor/ lecturer and some teachers, correct me if i am wrong.

See, there are more than 90 universities at Canada, and I have no idea how many schools might be there, I tried to search online, I didnt get in numbers. So, now, what I have read somewhere is that we may find difficulty in finding job at there, well for first year anyone has to be ready for the same. however, let me tell you one thing. once we will get to Canada, no one will treat us like MI-1, MI-2 or MI-3 system. this system only apply for getting visa. once we hold visa, we will be equally qualify to find a job what MI-4 or 3 or 2 are, so that time its totally upto our potential to grab a job. So, why fear when we know that the job market is there, however, the copitition can be anywhere, either in India or other place, we all have to face job market compitation.

Just relex and what I hold the strong intution for my case, I advice everyone to do the same. Because, you are the one who need to think positive for individual case to make it a successful story.

God Bless,
Kavya

THANX Kavyaji,

I appreciate ur possitive approach nd that's how we should post our views here in the forum. We should not sound judgemental while doing so.It is obvoious that we have to struggle for a year or so after reaching Canada.  We have got to take some courses in order to meet the requirement of a particular job.I am sure, most of us who are so well qualified nd, if honest attempt is made, it will certainly land us at the right palce. My elder sister did her Master degree in Engg from UNIV. OF Guelph, ONTD, yet she had to take an additional Course for getting a suitable job in her own field, despite having strong recmmendation from her adviser.
So, sustainable sucess has no short cut. We have to work hard for it.
please keep sharing.
GOOD LUCK ND GOD BLESS ALL !!

I believe this negativity we are seeing around 4131, will evaporate once we start seeing MR's from NDVO soon.

Any intelligent guestimates on when can we see MR's being sent?

Dear Kavya, parhar and all 4131 colleagues,
I have a strong feeling- "intuition" that we're really going through a TOUGH TIME. The VO looks for any loophole to reject a case. The processing officer should, not only be convinced by the genuineness of the documents we submitted, but also he has to be pushed by a divine positive spirit. So I feel it is tougher than "a camel going through a needle hole". On the other hand we have to be positive , optimistic and prayerful to jump through these hurdles. We belong to a profession of molding  generations to be good and useful citizens. Only perseverance brings us final victory (though I don't have it much), Regards, best wishes and my humble prayers to every body, Nicky.
