Hello Friends,

Can we all (NOC 4131) keep this thread alive to give inputs for each other and know what is happening with your case. CHC is very particular with NOC 4131. I have read in my threads that inspite having all as required for NOC 4131 few people have been rejected!.. This is little starnge.

Please advice, suggest and give your inputs.

Thank you

Thanks Wolfman for initiating this thread for us having same NOC
However I am with different CHC but I agree with you that I also noticed this specific category NOC now a days getting a bit delayed... not sure whether its due to a lot of occupation under the categories or due to any other reason for their so called BG cheks.

Worried for myself as its taking long time since being in process.......................

But lets do share among ourself and keep us updated on anything particular to be aware of with this particular NOC

I will share inputs if anything I come across re 4131

Lets keep praying for each other......

Hello iindian

Below are your answer.. seniors are also welcome

1)Any kind of funds is good as long as they are yours.. I took photocopies and got them notarized
2)For funds in bank, please make sure you do some transaction in your account.I would suggest not to desposit all at one time, if you have please give a clarification/Explanation to CHC as to where you accquired these funds
3)For work experience please see this===>http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37029.pdf

WORK EXPERIENCE
For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by an English or French translation
•original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company's official seal.
Letters must include all of the following information:
•the specific period of your employment with the company
•the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
•your main responsibilities and duties in each position
•your total annual salary plus benefits
•the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the company
•a business card of the person signing

Yes this is required for all past work experience. For any chance if you do have have them please write a explanation for the same to CHC.

Regards

what is the decent Ielts score for 4131 category?
is Moderate IELTS score acceptable for English leccturer from india?
or is it doubtful to get visa?
Without IELTS i score 61 points .
(my IELTS score is to released on JUNE 2)
evenif i get 2 from all skills i am eligible for pR as i arrive at 69.
But what worrying me is will visa officials be satisfied of a English Lecturer having moderate score?
please advice me.
