NOC 4131 "In Process with Date" New Delhi Visa office lets connect here

Dear Seniors and Frens
 i m prejune applicant under the category NOC 4131 from the last 27 months. As far as my knowledge, NDVO has started processing the docs"inprocess status" from Jan 10 2012. Some of the seniors had suggested that this VO will start forwarding MR only after 120 days from the date of "inprocess Status.But i don't see any updates on this forum even though 120 days has been completed.can anybody suggest better idea about the policy of NDVO.it's really a frustrating process. what the hell they doing?

Dear rajan, Don`t get frustrate we all are in the same boat. Nobody knows the working of ndvo. But it is clear with the help of the applicant`s caips report & his/her quote and status that firstly ndvo wants to access all the prejuner and takes to under the inprocess till mid of June 2012 So get clear the status of successful numbers of visas. After that ndvo will issue the medical or DM to applicants according to accessment. Secondly they also haven`t the quota for medicals & visas for session 2011-12. So hopefully some action will taken by ndvo after mid june2012. Until then enjoy.

The Visa quota is from Jan - Dec for any given year and not from June - July. It is given there at CIC webiste

Whats the conclusion, are we going to get MR's from NDVO soon?

I personally feel that by July/Aug 2012 if the visa office estimates that MI 2 and MI 3 applicants would not suffice to fulfill their visa quota for the year, then only they will release medicals for MI 1. If MI 2 and MI 3 applications are sufficient to fulfill the visa quota, they would not care for MI 1.

If we look at the number of pending applications in MI2 and MI3, they would suffice. The rejection/acceptance percentage is not provided in the date released by CIC. Only hope is that they have a rejection rate of at least 20 percent to get MR this year

MR 8 FEB 2012
Medical Done 22 March 12
MR for new Baby dispatched on 10 May
Medical for new baby: Coming 25 days.

What the hell NDVO is doing ? Other all VOs are distributing MED to Pre Juners except NDVO !!

Can anybody tell how many MI 1 , 2 and 3 applicants left to get Med/Visa from NDVO ??

minhas82, i heard one more news that is priority according to batch wise(M1,M2,M3 etc.) now finished after june 2012. There are now launch new priority streams according to category wise with old formula first in and first out.In this rule if your category(NOC) in demand list and you applied before 2012 then you will process first.

I received my CAIPS on 15th May, 2012 through my relative. Kindly give your comments for these.The details are as under:
 NOC 4131
1. Points Awarded = 69 (No points awarded for my relative in canada even though I submitted sufficient proofs - However)
2. PSDEC = Passed
3. SELDEC = Passed
2. Security = Passed
3. Criminal = Passed
4. ECU requested for
    Current Passports*2 (old and new)
    Medicals*2
    RPRF*2
    Proof of Funds

My BF'D was 10 may , 2012.nothing asked for till date.

Important observation from the CAIPS notes is that the file was transfeed in june 2010 directly to ECU and not lately as being speculated on the forum.

Kindly provide your inputs and evaluation for the same.
