Hi All, For couple of people in the e-cas status i see that they clearly mention that file has been transferred to New Delhi office as shown below: We received your application for permanent residence on February 16, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on March 30, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 13, 2012. Where as my status shows: We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 2, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Dear Seniors and Frens
i m prejune applicant under the category NOC 4131 from the last 27 months. As far as my knowledge, NDVO has started processing the docs"inprocess status" from Jan 10 2012. Some of the seniors had suggested that this VO will start forwarding MR only after 120 days from the date of "inprocess Status.But i don't see any updates on this forum even though 120 days has been completed.can anybody suggest better idea about the policy of NDVO.it's really a frustrating process. what the hell they doing?
