NOC 1122- What exactly it coves?

Fellows,

I am curious to find any fit between my profile & 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management.

It seems very broad category.
How can one exactly understands & proves his/her match particularly with this code while submitting the application?

E.g I am Engineering Manager, managing technical support function at my current Company and this title exactly matches with NOC 0211.
However, I feel it is also coherent with NOC-1122, one of most required 29 NOC codes

Moreover, if one had already applied under FSW (NOC 0211) - Simplified Application Process, is it possible to submit 
a new application at CIO, Sydney if profile also matches with NOC 1122 while the first one still continues or it must be withdrawn first?
