NOC 1122- visa procesing time

I had send my application at the end of October, one week later they made the fee debit for my credit card, but since  day  I did not recive any email or comunication of the embassy.

So, the fact that the made the debit of the credit card means that my application its successful? how long I have to wait for the embassy comunication?

mine was received sept 22 and my card was charged sept 30. two months have passed and i still have no update whatsoever...
