Hello everyone,

My friend is in India & wishes to apply for the canadian immigration under NOC 1122. He fulfills all the criteria but found out the CAP for NOC 1122 is already filled.

Now what he has to do? Can he go ahead & submit his application to CIC Delhi? Or wait till the CAP opens? If so, how would we know if the CAP opens? Please confirm..

Thank You,

If he applies now the application will be returned so no use applying

The limit will be set to zero again on 1st Jul 2011, provided 1122 is still under the eligible occupation list then

keep your documents ready. On 1 July 2011 they are expected to come with updated NOC list. If it comes then check the new rules + documents required. If everything in your hand complies  please be ready to dispatch that time

As of now you can not apply for 1122 until you have a AEO (arrange employment option)

As per current rule the application and documents have to be sent to CIC Nova scotia not to New Delhi
