(already asked the same question on different discusiion but not getting any answer. as its a very important question for me, i am asking it again for any experts help)
Some of the member of this forum saying that, NOC 1122 is for only external consultant who gives consultancy to other company not for the internal employee of a company who has a marketing department (i am branding executive).
I am a senior branding executive in my company (telecom) and every other week we launch a new offer for the market. We have advertising agency who help us to promoted this product and i am the person who gives total guideline to the agency for the advertising needs as well as i am supervising the whole process done bye the agency.
I have already applied for this NOC 1122. Most the NOC 1122 duties matches with my duties (I hope so).
Under NOC 1122 unit group it says that "They are employed by management consulting firms, advertising agencies and throughout the public and private sectors or are self-employed.".
Don't you thinks that my company falls under private sector?
