Hi,

I have received a letter from CIO dated 30th November 2010, stating that my application under NOC 1122 reached at CIO on 1st November 2010 is being returned on account of cap being reached. I have not yet received back the package. Have anybody else with a similar case received back the package, if yes please provide with details. I am from India.

It is known that the cap is already reached for 1122 as well as registered nurses.  You can see here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

To apply again, you will need an offer of employment (AEO) or wait until July 1st when the counter is reset and hope that 1122 is still on the list.

Thanks Leon, I am very well aware of this fact, but would like to know whether anybody has received back the whole package.

Hi Mary:  Sorry you missed the cut off and hope you are able to find another solution.  I am pretty sure someone on the Applications after 26/06 thread has had the application returned, but don't know who.  Check out that thread or do a search "1122 returned"  "1122 cap" or something along that line and see what comes up.  Best of luck with the next submission.

It is me who Pippin was talking about. Yes, mine reached CIC on 4th Nov and was returned. I got my full pack back a week ago. I am sure you'll get yours as well, please do let us know when you get it back. Cheers!

Hi Mary,

Did you receive your application that was returned to you? Even I got a mail from CIO saying that mine was also returned on the 30th of Nov, I'm from India..
