Thanks fromdubai for starting this..I'm from Kuwait (Indian) and plan on applying under NOC1122. I am taking my test on August 5th and the other docs are in progress.
Congrats Inexperienced for scoring 16 points. I need 16 points too. What does this mean in terms of band? How much do I need to score in each section in order to get a total of 16 points. please help.

It is Listening: 7.5, Others (Reading, speaking & writing): 6.5 The above is minimum to get 16 points |

Hi fromdubai,
Yah I did send my application on 2 August 2010...but the perfect CIC changed the mailing address yesterday...have been following up with the courier company to change the address...(took help from Yukos and Canada121)..
Fingers crossed.
