We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 16, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on July 20, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

can you help me about my medical when i received approx.

MY RELATIVES ARE IN CANADA.
I GOT LETTER FROM NEW DELHI OFFICE AFTER SEND FULL DOCUMENT TO ND OFFICE [ DATED 02.08.10 ] AND LETTER RECEIVED DATED 05.08.10 FOR FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHS ON DATED 12.08.10 BUT NO REPLY FROM ND OFFICE THEN AFTER I SENT POF DOCUMENT ON DATED 27.10.10. BUT TILL DATE NO REPLY FROM ND OFFICE

PLS GIVE ME GUIDANCE FOR THAT.

Hi Vraj,

Do you mean u have recd additional documents request (photographs- 12.08.10 & POF 27.10.2010) from ND?

Mine is docs submitted on 30.04.2010 & till date no communication from ND, so I assume you may have to wait till March....

Dear honeyjack

I recd additional documents request (photographs- 12.08.10 ) [ POF 27.10.2010 sent after waiting 2.5 month from received file no but no reply from ND ] I received letter from ND for photograps in this clearly mention after 3 month if you will no reply from ND you can contact directly visa office.

Now the processing time is extended to 8 months from 3 months, I had make an inquiry with ND after 3 months but they replied me to contact after completion of 8 months from docs submission date.
Mine will be completed on 05.01.2011 & till then no update I will surely shoot a mail regarding my status but generally they are processing our case in the time of 8 months so u have to wait for another 3 months.

I WOULD SUGGEST THAT IF U CANNOT DE-CODE THE CAIPS NOTES, U BETTER TAKE HELP OF SOME PROFESSIONAL ON THIS THREAD.
SORRY BUDDY, I HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT CAIPS OR ITS NUMERICAL OR ALPHABETICAL TERMS.
