Hello Friends,

I just joined this forum. I applied through Lawyer David COhen of Canada. My documents were submitted to NS office on 30th September, 2009. Got Fle transffered to CHC ND on Dec 10, 2009. Got deadline to submit full application to ND by 30th March, 2010. Submitted on 8th March and received AOR. They started process on 6th April, 2010. Status is "in process." Not received any information further. Anybody who has got any information or got Visa who applied at the same time as me. Please keep in touch.

Dear Friend

I would suggest you to be patient, and wait if you want to eat mangoes then you will have to wait after you plant a new tree. They have increased the speed of processing the documents, so do not worry your result will be in your hand withing 6 months max.

I also applied on 12/3/10 under NOC 1111. My status is also showing "In process" since 17/05/10. Hoping for medical next month positively.

What did you write on Schedule 3 Economic classes form as first time I got refusal due to mis-briefing of my duties.

Is it OK to copy and paste from NOC the job description or not? As I have worked as Finance Officer and made accounting work for more then 2 years.

if you have already worked as a finance officer then all the jobs and duties will be clear to you .... donot copy paste but make it close to the actual its a bad idea to copy the same job descriptions...

dont copy and paste your duties  mix and match the duties it will not be tough for you ...I have seen cases rejected as they copy and paste duties from CHC website

One more question!

Can I attach another sheet with all my job description to Schedule 3 Economic classes form? OR I need to write Cover Letter as I got refusal first time and explain them in details?

Dear All,

We have sent full doc to Singapore CHC on 03/02/2010 & from 09/02/2010Status is "Received by Visa office." Not update any information further......... Sad
