There is no in process date. my ecase changed from recived by visa office to decision made on 21st April

Strange......Normally DM status is made after In Process date ........ just wait for letter

May be you wish to send them case specific inquiry on your case. The situation will be more clear on their response.

I got reply from CHC LDN after 12 days.

Dear Sir,
 
Please be advised that your file is currently with an officer awaiting review.  We will contact you once that is completed.

I sent inquiry through web form and got above reply. This time I got reply from Program Assistant rather than Client Service Unit. I think there is significance in sending inquiry through e-mail and web form. In reply of inquiry on 12th march through e-mail I got reply "Your file is in process or waiting to be reviewed, No further action is required from you" But this time I got more specific reply from Program Assistant.

My E-cas says "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 15, 2012" then why Program Assistant said your file is awaiting review. Does address disappear mean another BFD or is it mean my file has been reviewed and found eligible but further processing will be started later? At this stage am i safe or not.

Usman, I cant interpret their response. But one thing I have noticed is that now it is turn for NOC 1111 applicants. May be they have changed the strategy. For example they will review all files of NOC 1111. Then they will sort out which one to send meds, doc update req and waiting letter of 6 to 12 months. So the situation will be more clear in coming few weeks for NOC 1111 InshAllah.

Hi Guys, it appears the 'bulk' Medicals' phase is over or at-leased slowed down. Any news for further Medicals from London to people who had sent applications to CIO after Feb/Mar-2010? If I am not wrong, the last recently Medicals were for applicants of this time period, or sometime around that .

Recently I learned from some source, could be a rumor, that applications with dispatch dates till March 31, 2010 will be issued Medicals (if qualified) till June/July; rest of the applications falling between April 01 - June 25, 2010 will be (like-ably) put into processing and issued 'Decisions' till December 2012.

In support, I have seen around 5 or 6 FSW1 (MI1) applicants in my circle who have received letters carrying the following common statement - and all of these had dispatched their applications after March 2010 to CIO:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. It has been reviewed by an officer and found to be eligible for further processing. We anticipate being able to advise you of the next processing steps in 6 to 12 months' processing time.

Please do not make any case status requests during the next 12 months as they will not be answered.


Could this be true in some way or verify-able from some authentic source?

Today i checked my status and it says


We received your application for permanent residence on April 6, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 8, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 15, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 22, 2012.

You are right but i have received nothing while my processing date is March 15,2012. Even they have not responded to my CSI after 7 days

I dont understand how they are processing NOC 1111/ They dont have any set pattern for NOC 1111 as they have for other NOC's
