NOC 0213, PAkistani Applicants, please reply here

I am a 2008 fast track applicant MI-1 applicant and what i have observed so far is that, this is the most delayed noc for pakistani applicants under MI-1 instructions. I personally know a few applicants who belongs to this noc and they submitted their full set of application to chc isb, in mid 2009 and are still waiting for medicals.

Is there someone from this noc 0213 from pakistan, who has recently received medical instructions from either CHC ISB or CHC London under this almost dead MI-1 fast track program. It would atleast help us get an idea about the pace these applications are getting processed by chc.
