NO Visa Office Instructions?

Hi, I am reaplying for NOC 2151, they returned my application because CAP reached.

Now I am ready to sent it again, I can´t find any inofmation about Visa Office checklist, are they not needed anymore? so now I don´t need to send my husband´s work experience? my visa office instructions did ask for it but the general instructions don´t. It also say you should not sent anything that they do not ask for.
Please help!!

after 18th July 2011 onwards, there is NO specific visa office requirements/checklist, everything has been included in the CIO grand checklist unless otherwise stated.

And ONLY if u r claiming for adaptability points for ur spouse working in canada in past, u need to send his work experience doc.
