No Status Yet

Hi everyone,

I am new in this forum. I just would like to know if my application for PR visa is still on the normal processing time. I received my first file number from CIC Sydney last May 25, 2010. Following the 120-day letter, i submitted my single package in VO Manila last August 19. On 26th of the same month, i received my 2nd file number issued by the VO in Manila through email. It states that the normal processing time would take an average of 6-12 months but i should be receiving a feedback within 90 days. If no response within 3 months, i should inform them directly.

90 days had passed and still no feedback coming from the embassy. I made my specific case enquiry last November 30, 2010 but until now no reply from the VO. The standard processing time for them to provide feedback is within 28 working days. I expect to receive it last January 12, 2001 but to no avail.

Can anyone from this team enlighten me on this? I am the principal applicant under NOC 1111. I am also applying for my dependents (husband and 2 minor children) PR visa. An MC was enclosed in my single package for the processing fee of my dependents.

Anyone from this team can enlighten my qeries? Thanking you in advance.
