Dear fellows,
Just a quick question. I did landing (by land/Carways) 2 weeks ago since then I tried to logon eCas using my client's id also my wife as a sponsor, even using PR confirmation number and Record of Landing. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to logon. Once logged on, there was no error appeared neither any incorrect entries but it shows as followings. You guys have any suggests or from based on your experience and knowledge.

Thank you in advance for sharing!!

Cheesy The PR application file is already closed.
After landing of an immigrant, there is no purpose of accessing the ECAS. Any further co-ordination with the CIC should be through the CIC Call Center.

However, as what you did, I was also curious about to know what is on my ECAS after landing. I was able to  log on to our ECAS and amazingly I found the ECAS  was "In process" !!!. That was in March 2009.

Thank you for your reply and sharing. What identity number you got logged on to eCase and found it shows"in process".

However, my aunty had landed 7 years past but her eCas still on system indicates status of "Complete" which means it's a last process as CIC wrote on the site.

I really wanna know if my landing done is done!! please anyone else can share?

Thank you.

Mine is the same. A month or so after landing, I tried to log in because I was curious to see what the actual "decision made" date was, but I got the same message you did. Everything has been absolutely normal since landing. I got my PR card about 6 weeks after landing.

E-cas is notoriously useless. No worries!

If you have landed then your landing is done. You don't need e-cas anymore; it is irrelevant to you now and will not offer any new information.

I left Calgary around 3 pm on the Thursday and arrived in Carways nearly 6 pm. Both borders were pretty quite coz it was getting dark. I drove into the Montana border office and was stuck there for almost 1.5 hours. The US immigration officer asked me a lots of questions about my previous stay in the states 10 years back. I was a bit frustrated but I told him all the truths, either I didn't ask for any finger prints as this point meanwhile another 2 immigrant landings were asked!

Around 7:45 pm I got all my paperworks done at this office--I was required to sign a piece of paper showing that I wasn't willing to travel into the states but only for Canada Immigrant landing purpose. After that, I drove back to the Carways office where is appx. 100 metres away from the Montana one. There was only me did landing at that moment, so just a minute to get landing complete by informing my current address to the pretty immigration officer as she asked me to sign on my COPR as its last step.

Finally, I didn't travel back to Calgary because it was so dark and snow. So I checked in a hotel and drove back to Calgary the day after. Please note that operation hours of both borders are 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM 7 days a week. All officers were very friendly. Wish you luck.

The same thing occurred with me. My wife's (sponsor's) number is still showing up on e-cas with my (applicant) portion In Process, even though I've landed and done quite a number of formalities already.

My applicant # that Buffalo e-mailed me after file was transferred from Mississauga says what the OP says.

tl;dr --> e-cas is hardly useful, if that.
