 Hello...


The Canadian embassy in Bucharest requested my husband's passport on June 23 and now it's July 13... and no sign of passport returned. We are both waiting impatiently to go back to Canada together. I just hope nothing is wrong but we have no way of finding out anything.
Any Romanians out there with this problem?... or other people with the same problem?

What to do?... call the embassy?

Hi, im sure everything is ok. I dont know about where you are sorry, but I have read on here many times when you post you passport to the London VO it takes at least 6 weeks to come back to you. I am going to do the drop off and collect 2 weeks after, dont think our postman could take the harrasment of me jumping on him everyday  Grin
So maybe thats all it is, hope someone else can clarify it for you from where you are.

Every visa office is different I have sent in my husbands passport since March and till today no word from them or from my passport Sad but if ur visa office works fast then your very lucky, hopefully u will get ur passport soon Smiley

Do you have to drop off and pick up in person? I was thinking of sending my passport to my dad and getting him to do it for me.

Finally got my notification letter. Will pick up my ppr with pr visa stamping tomorrow inshallah. It took around 6 weeks after pp submission to reach from singapore to dhaka office.

Hia, yes im pretty sure you have to drop it off yourself, but I think you can give permission for someone else to pick it up for you, think they have to have ID and a letter from you giving permission and of course your raffle ticket. But im sure someone can confirm if this is right. If you are planning on dropping it off yourself, you can always ask on the day.
