Hey guys,

Jes is absolutley right. CEC applications are taking 14 months on an average to process. For CEC application, CIC asks for medicals in very early stage. Its not like in FSW where medicals were asked after all the background checks. So you should not be overly excited. There are people waiting from November or December 2010. There files will be processed first. You can expect something from CIC early next year I guess. Be positive and I will pray for u guys..

All the best

Got my Medicals done on Sept 27/11 and recieved by CIC on October 11/11. Ecas got updated on November 17 to Medical results have been recieved. Just two updates since application filed in May 2011. It does not say if it is in process or not. Is is normal update?

Hi Rock

I want to apply for GCMS.

Do I need to fill the consent form as principal applicant ?

While applying PR, I include my spouse in application. While applying for GCMS, do I need to submit Consent form for spouse too ? Or asking for GCMS notes my application number is fine ?

Please suggest ?

For Principal applicant the consent form is not required, but to get the details for spouse you need the consent form signed by ur spouse.
