No Response of MP inquery CHC Isb

Hi all

We asked our Don valley MP John Carmichael to get the status of my parents processing at Chc Isb. They said two emails during 3 weeks but chc isb did not response.

Do you have any idea? Case in process since Jan-2008 (41 months)
