No response from CIO for 5 months

I sent my application for permanent residence under federal skilled worker category in April 2009. I have not heard anything from CIO till today that is till 25 September 2009. My bankers have verified that the demand draft for CAD $ 550 sent with the application stands paid.

How can I contact CIO to send me the decision on my application?

You mean your DD has been encashed or not ?

months ago..... she had jsut 2 weeks left to sbmitt her full appl. some of them wasn't ready so her 120 days is expired. know she going to start all over again....
I recomand you to contact with your local visa office ASAP.

y sitaution is also quite similar..applied i n may 2009 .undre 6141..
but recieved no reply ..kinlde gude whcihc visa office should i conatact..i am from india application sent to nova scotia...
no reply since past 5 months..what should i do? Huh

you must know which visa office is responsible for your country (might be new dehli if you are from India, i am not sure, im not from india) call them asap to find out whats happened to your file. if you are eligible, sydney send your application to local visa office for more review.
