Hi,

On saturday I received call from TCS informing that some immigration related documents have arrived and I should collect them. I collected the documents and it contained the medical forms for me and my wife. The form stated "please use the enclosed reply label when responding to this letter". The problem is that there is NO enclosed reply label. The form also stated that my immigration file number is stated at the top right hand corner of the address label. I am worried as to how to respond to this letter without the address label enclosed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please write an email to the respective Visa Office immediately stating the same.
They might send a new response label or
Still better is call them if the VO is New Delhi. You'll get the response almost immediately

There is going to be a Yellow Paper with details about Landing Fee etc. There is address on it.
I sent mine to this address, try locating it on some document that you received...

Write your File Number on Left Front corner of the Envelope and also on the Slip you fill for courier, you can write your file number below your name...

Its a small white sticker having address of CHC,London. You can write the address in your hand writing but in legible fonts. And it might have fell off somewhere as it happened in my case when i put out the documents from envelope it fell down on the floor and i could not see it going down. then after an hour's search I found it. but it's not something that without which you are in danger.
