Ok thanks PMM.

But as per others' reply from me on the other thread, I can still claim 21 points eventhough I only had 3yrs as 4131. 
Mainly because of having 6yrs experience as 4141, right?

claiming points is different from fulfilling the ministerial instruction criteria.

Please read the instructions. It really helps or you would make other mistakes.

What PMM is saying is that 4141 wont be considered 4131 for fulfilling ministerial instructions.

For points, claim using both 4131 and 4141.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration.
Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

There is no change in online application status yet. what happend to those who applied between Jun-08 to Dec-08.

Anyone get reply from CIU HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh?
