No reple after 2nd AOR.IT MORE THEN ONE YEAR

HI dear friend .
 plz help me regarding canada immgrations.i have written my full details as follows.
 
1. My first AOR comes on 27 march 2010.i subitted my docoments in 18 july 2010.
2.IELTS bands 6 .5 year experience.etc
3. Second AOR comes on 30 july 2010.
4. i have applied in lecturer kota
 BUT it is more than 8 months . i have recevied nothing. i am waiting for medicial. what can i do now.
