I have landed 4 days ago in Canada. I have not received the PR card yet. Can I apply for SIN card now? And also where shall I apply for SIN card in Toronto?

Yes, u can.
1. For the SIN u don't require the PR cards.
2. U'd apply @ any of the Service Canada offices - check their website for the one nearest to your residence.

To add to the comment, they will give you a letter stating you SIN number, which is good enough to apply for a bank account with interest bearing term.

VEERU PAAJI,  pr cards take a min 4 weeks to a max 8 weeks.
