We have got 2nd AOR , so you wil also get it !! the CHC New Delhi is working slow bcoz of staff shortage and also because of christmas vacations , so be patient !!! No point getting worried !!
ECAS - is not updated since past 2-3 months ! i also cant see any updates related to my file yet . But i know my file was recieved in CHC ND .
Soon you wil get 2nd AOR .

I applied under skilled worker catagory in May 2010, received 1st AOR via email on 1st Oct 2010 (containing my Application number and instructions to send complete documents in 120 days), I have sent the documents on 8th Dec 2010 and the same was delivered to delhi Visa Office on 10th Dec 2010 (as confirmed by indian post office), but till date if I try to check my status online, it is saying "unable to find any details with the provided information", can anyone please help me? Is this normal that the status is not available online? and even after one month from the document submission, I havent received any acknowledgment, what is the max. time it takes for them to respond to the document submission?
Is there any other way to check my application status? can we contact Visa office in some other way??
