I am an indian with a UAE residence visa and have been living in the UAE(united arab emirates) from the past 8 years.I have recently completed my grade 10 over here and plan to continue my studies in canada, the problem is tht i have no custodian over there.!!. my mother has a visit visa of canada valid till 2011. can she be my custodian and reside with me in canada as my gaurdian.Please let me Know the solution and the procedure to be follwed

No, they will not allow your mother to remain as a visitor/custodian while you continue with school.  You will have to find a school (probably private) that accept foreign students and appoints guardians.
