Hi Ahmed,

For Sponsoring a Spouse your wife doen not have to meet any financial requirements. She must not be on welfare, or ever have declared Bankruptcy though. It is better if she can show some way that she intends on being able to take care of you when you arrive . The application part will cost you 1060.00 for processing with your permanent residency. If you will be living in the province of Quebec, That is an additional 250.00 for their application.
Your part of the application will really give you an idea of what kind of prof they want.
