Me and my spouse don't have birth certificates and in the documents sent to buffalo we enclosed a letter mentioning the birth certificates are missing and a affadavit from parents mentioning the birth registration is incomplete( been stupid by not selecting the right words). Now the buffalo office requested the birth record from the office in the place of birth . I got a " No birth record found certificate" and a affidavit from parents mentioning that the birth is not registered.

In my file it was commeneted " Birth certificate missing does not mean non availability of birth certificate so the affidavit is not valid"  ( got to know this from CAIPS notes).

Will it be a problem me sending a fresh affidavit from parents mentioning birth not registered and the no birth record found certificate.

Kindly advise. Appreciate any inputs on this.
