He said that it takes time to work on the file and put a new BFD, that is why it is good to wait for reasonable number of months.

for Backlog prior to 2008, I guess they will get their luck changed pretty quickly in 2012; asking for Documents, MR, PPR, Decision Made with Maple leaf.
