No bar code after saving forms!!

I filled up the new forms DEP IMM0008 and then clicked save but I do not get a bar code on my form.Please help. Where have I gone wrong???

I do not have "validate" to click on. Could the reason be I am filling out a downloaded form?

There is nothing wrong with the form and you did not do anything wrong.
Form DEP IMM0008 does not have any "validate button" and will not produce bar codes. Only the Generic Application form for Canada(IMM 0008) needs to be validated. --- when you save this it will have the filename IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf.

I missed the DEP part. The 0008DEP form is ONLY for use if you have more than 5 dependents - the first 5 dependents go on the generic application (0008 which can be validated), additional dependents on 0008DEP.
