Should I be worried?... we sent our application and processing fees to the London office 14 weeks ago - the site states we should receive AOR within 12 weeks - we've had nothing and we can't get through to anyone to find out what is happening!!!

Any advice would be gratefully received!!

Thanks

I wouldn't be worried. I applied from Finland and it took longer than that. Summer might slow down the replies a little bit, don't worry. Our case have been in process about 2,5 yrs, and I believe we'll get the invitation for medical any day now.

Hi ashrafbaig

So you have received your AOR already right? It is too early for you to start worrying for waiting time my friend, CIC's next calling could be within the next 1 or 2 years from now

The timeline for London is 54 Months it means 4.5 years (it could be more, it could be less).

Good luck and be patient (very, very patient, you have long way to go; unless you had a job offer already)

hi,

i send my application and fees from Al Khobar,Saudi to London on dec 7,2005 and i got my AOR and file number on jan,2006.
my friend who applied from here to London got his PR visa within 27 months.
So i think you can contact the embassy by email.
Good luck
