I got bank draft from hdfc for nj state pcc. It has to be for $37.05 but the bank does not issue drafts in cents. So they made a draft for $38. But the NJ dept told me(I called them), that they won't accept it. It has to be exact amont. Now what to do??

Deep9,  It looks like CIC has changed the rules on State PCCs, they are now only required when requested.  You're preparing your full application now, right?  You haven't already submitted and they've specifically asked for the NJ PCC?

I know what you have already gone through to try to get this NJ certificate, but given the difficulties, you may want to submit your application without it... If you have already obtained others, go ahead and submit them...

"State certificates may also be requested. The Visa Office will advise you if state certificates are required in your case."
