Bros u have mentioned this worrying many times and i dont get it, dat u have a same time line with someone does not mean u will get MR or PR same day, i Applied in April 2010 and Submitted full documents in Sept while u submitted in Dec, there are guys here dat submitted full document in June and they are yet to get MR

Please relax i want to believe Accra is on pre June case and we hope it would go round soon, moreover i also heard that it sometimes depends on the VO treating your case some of them are quite slow!!!

There are guys dat got actual processing date since and are yet to get Medical so pls relax and join in the fasting and prayer no matter your faith and you will see God move in ur case.

they are discussing a possibility blanket return of files without visa to applicants who are in the back log,there by effectively finishing the backlog through the back door

How successful they will be I dont know

Is it legally Possible dont know

Will applicants like us with processing date or In process be effected if this rule is cleared ?

More so,leaving appart NDVO there are quite a few VOS who  have already sent MRS to their aplicants.I DON'T think they will resort to this kind of unethical practice.SHOULD they venture out to do so,they will  be inviting  trouble for themselves,as it may prompt applicants to take legal recourse for redressal of their grievances.Yes,they may take shelter under large scale refusals on flimsy grounds ,but certainly not indulge in returning of applications as such.BY DOING SO , the GOVT will lose  its credibilty within nd without the country.THERE ARE many PARLIMANTARINS of indian origins,they will veto govt's move at the very onset.I AM not sure wherefrom this horrendous new has emerged.DOES not seem to have solid gound to resurrect on.

In one sense they are looking for capital flights from all over into their system, on the other looking to strategically replace their aging workforce and filling the large expanse of land that the country is blessed with and positioning the country for competition with other major economy world over.

Take it or leave it, high population in a land that has same setting as Canada is set for the big bank economically. 

I believe that there is nothing to be afraid off. The maple will come for all.

My first thought was this is not news as it has been around some weeks now. The positive thing is Accra is sending updates for pre june, so definitely the green light will come....it is that the waiting is so FRUSTRATING!!!
