Depends on the resources available.houses and condos are expensive. Town houses generally 'reserved' for certain category and not really easy to get as such. Your best bet is an apartment according to the size of your family.
Are sure about your position regarding Town Houses? Any specific reason for its reservation for certain category?

hi everyone, hope you had a swell weekend? well monday morning gave us a shocker.the rain storm destroyed many things. but thank God were alive. i just felt that instead of tasking members and stressing on where we will hold our meeting?why dont we use a fast food restaurant.or a local restaurant or even arrange to meet in shoprite( we go just collect small space discuss on low tones).just my suggestion.
The following options could also be considered for the venue of the meeting: 1. School Auditorium Some schools allow the use of their classrooms or auditoriums for public functions at a fee. Access to such classrooms or auditorium could be easily facilitated if the intended user have kid(s) in such school. 2. Church AuditoriumSome Churches like the RCCG, Catholic etc allow members to have a public functions like meetings, birthday, and other receptions in the church auditorium or church compound. 3. Local Government Secretariat We can also consider the possibility of any local government secretariat around Ikeja, just that we will have to pay a token for this. 4. Members Residence If any member has a large compound that is convenient enough for the meeting, we can also consider it, just that we might need to rent chairs and Canopy. Others what do you think?

please house, I have a good question. would application be delayed if one's spouse becomes pregnant while waiting for medical request? say for example, medical request comes through when spouse is pregnant. what would happen to the application? Thanks

From the knowledge i have gained from this forum, a delay may be caused if your wife is still in the early stages of pregnancy as it is quite risky for her to take an X-ray during that phase... Thus, most times you may have to wait till the advanced stages of the pregnancy or better still when she has put to bed. we have had a lot of forum members with such experiences in the past... so no fear ... fire on All the best ! please house, I have a good question. would application be delayed if one's spouse becomes pregnant while waiting for medical request? say for example, medical request comes through when spouse is pregnant. what would happen to the application? +1 for you dear, however buddy,am afraid to say that, the said post is as Obsolete as 2009.
Thank you
Spicey, no one is an Island of knowledge. I got a canadian Dollar draft at the said branch on 20th January, 2012. So, i don't understand why we dont take a step to find out the truth b/4 condenming such a vital information . So if it is obsolete as u said then try to visit the branch at ur spare time to confirm the truth of the matter. I don't PLAY with such significant issue. Have a nice day & see u in the next EAGLE meeting come 24th March, 2012.

Hello all,
I am trying to get a place at the GRA in Ikeja (Browns Cafe, Sasegbon Street, off Oduduwa way). I just spoke with the lady and she has promised to call back to let me know by tomorrow what it might take. I might be able to get the place for a token but we might have to pay for food and drink. Are we okay with this arrangement and how many people are committed to the meeting?

Dear Members, I would suggest a school Auditorium for the next meeting bcos it will cost us less & that will avail us the opportunity to always meeting there if only we can talk to then on our objs. But resturant go cost much once dey discover that Canada is OUR MAIN focus.

It's not my call to fix time o but will work with whatever time is agreed with the management of the event venue when we eventually get a commitment.

Thanks ma Ig...you might want to check out the venue before meeting date to know if it's ok for use. It's called the Browns cafe on Sasegbon street off oduduwa way, GRA - Ikejay.

Hi all.
I daresay the date picked for the next eagles meeting coincides with the nationwide UME exams.I think this may present a challenge to getting a fuller house.
Just my two cents

My friend, it's the same old story o... Accra is still marking time. Just a little glimpse of good news for some pre-juniors and PNP who are IP. Address has still disappeared. Mandie
