Hello folks I've been waiting for this PER since october and just discovered that people who applied in Nov are already getting theirs.My cc was encashed on DEC 23rd and I learnt that the PER comes few days after the encashment and that It is possible to get A NER especially when it takes long to come in which case it could mean that they are having some issues with the application.Please at this point, I want to either call or mail them.Pls does anybody has their contacts? Thanks in advance.

No 2 cases are the same.  I believe in a few days you will receive the PER, just give them at least 6 weeks from debiting your CC.  It will work out, by HIS grace.

The waiting is Killing buddy,kindly check your Spam and Inbox to see if your PER is there but if NOT,kindly call CIO to inquiry about your Submission.Tell them that your CC was en-cashed on 23-12-2012 and you will be happy thereafter.
Just for the records,hope you did not apply through a consultant? Cos if Yes,your PER goes straight to him.

Yes, work photos for you as principal Applicant(although not compulsory). It's ok to transfer from your wife's account BUT why don't you just submit her bank statement as well and avoid explanation.Check your pm for my e-mail.

I will be glad if you can urgently visit the website of Britishcouncil.org and search for your country of residence in order to register immediately.You may equally visit british council of your country of residence with about four passport photographs and Internaional Passport to check General IELTS Exam Availability Date.
