Pa Right, what type of planning ahead is this Visiting IOM office in Accra i guess? We all know Visa is issued on Mondays and Pa theJackson is going to Accra on Sunday and does not want to take a chance with evening flight to avoid flight cancellation.May be he is going for the famous Accra jollof rice. You can pay for RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee)  by raising a bank draft either in US or Canadian dollars. It seems only GTB can raise the draft in Canadian dollars; other banks can do the US draft. Please confirm from your bank to ascertain if they can raise the Canadian draft. One other thing.......you need to have a dollars (dorm) account with the bank before such request can be made.

Remember the payment is for you and your spouse, if married and it costs $490 per person.

i can get the draft like you said, i and my hubby have a dollar acct in first and access bank. but i am not sure if they can give in canadian dollars, if not i will take it in american dollars.
