@ neddy, we have the same issue at hand. I'm likewise confused with the IMM0008 forms to fill, I PM Jada who advised me to fill the following forms bcos she once passed through this stage.
* Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 536 KB)
* Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (PDF, 472 KB)
* Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] (PDF, 170 KB)
* Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]
* Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 79 KB)
When do you intend sending yours, I'm sending mine on or before 4th of May?

But no two pregnancies are the same. The earlier but be sweeter than you will the later might not .
I would rather have my baby a Nigerian instead of bitten my fingers at the end. It has been widely advised that guiding against it is better than been the Victim. Canadian or no canadian,the baby will live canadian,be canadian and that is what matters most.

@ Thejackson, i will like to align my thought with Spicy. From end of April to August is 4months assuming you do the medical successfully and lands your PR within two months, you will have about two months before delivery and that might be a bit dicey, this is on the assumption that the pregnancy runs its full course. On the the other hand, some babies may come earlier than the due date and i think that's what Spicy meant by saying that no two pregnancy are the same, if you are in doubt, ask PA MUFU  . I will advice you do the medical and exclude the xray and complete it after the baby is born. If per chance you are not able to travel after the visa is issued on the account that the Airline would not carry your wife because of her medical condition, you will have to return all your passport, do medical for the new born before a new PR is issued after old one have been cancelled. Am sure this might even take a longer time than you may have anticipated. |

Chinny09, It is almost impossible to guess the time. CIC has changed so many things and the variables for changing, no one knows! They told us Documents will be treated according to when they are received but we have seen many last come becoming first serve. My dear please join the waiting game lolz. |

This is my first time on this thread, Hello guys, I received a mail through my lawyer (based in canada) from visa office Ghana, Accra that i should provide a police certificate, pay for RPRF and medical forms was claimed to have been posted since 19th March 2012. I have less than 30 days to the "60 days deadline" for the submission of the medical examination. Both police clearance and the RPRF had been sent to the visa office.
Please all, do we have anybody in this category? let us linkup.
Your urgent response will be highly appreciated.
