Good News to All!
Accra is working. Just got an email on "request for additional documents" -PoF and original employment letters - to be submitted within the next 60 days. It is well!
......though it tarries it will come 1st quarter 2012.

Lukeke babe....am so happy for you. I got some questions for you: 1. Did you not submit POF ab initio when you forwarded full documents to Accra? 2. Did you not include Employment letter ? Am really suprised to read that Accra is asking for what is already in their custody. What could be the reason for this my people. It's not that one can not get these docs, but it's stressful getting them all over again. Somebody like me, will have to approach 2 different employers! Na real wa o. Anyway, the joy of the mail will cussion the effect of the stress, Lekeke, congratulations.  momo Tinu, this is your mate o...your own is around the corner. I advise that you start getting those docs ready so that you bombard Accra as soon as you get the update. But I pray you wont have cause for any update. It will be straight MR IJNA. Cheers. |

Cheers. @ Right....thanks. Yes i did submitted notarized copies of my employment letters and PoF. However, I see no stress in the request; I have the original employment letters they are requesting for (though the request is only for the last 5 years and it has been same company). Will get the PoF from bank by Friday and should sent the docs early next week.....by His grace. For me, the update means "progress". |

I think the request for PoF again is because initially it was letter from the bank that I submitted but will now send statement. For the original copy of employment letter I'm not sure why yet but maybe they want to be double sure. It is well!! |

Hello my Nija people, i am new and i am a little confused.My wife application got to CIC on June 15, 2011 and we are yet to get a reply or notification.What could result in this delay, this is 6months going.
