Dear All,
Presently i am working in Dubai and i got a JOB in Canada (Siemens Canada). I have resigned from present JOB and will be returning to INIDA in April.
Legel department from Canada is filing the application for my temporary Visa/ workpermit in Delhi on behalf of me.
I would like to know the process and documents required for my case.

Congrats, you are lucky to get the job directly in canada, and sponsored work-permit process will be 100% failproof.
What are your skillset and which category your application will be filed in?
