hi, there to you all

I have been checkin´ the web for some information

looks like you can help me a little bit but some questions.
whichever answer, thanks in advance

my questions where about the visa office specific instructions from paris.

It is not clear for my if i have to send a copy (of the different docs) or two, to the CIO (I understand one is enough but I am not sure about it) at this point we are just finishing some minor details, and are in the "packaging process" so to say, putting things in the envepole...

I have some docs and certificates that where given to me in english, and I have more than one copy of them, such as professional records. they ask not to send originals, but ... can I otherwise send them, if I have two original copies? I will save the money of the certified by notar copies...

we got our police records, which were not in english but in the canadian embassy at madrid, they told me that wasn´t necessary to translate this document. should I translate it? I know it is not necesarry to send it to the CIO, but somewhat I understood it will be better to do so.

again thanks in advance.
sure I have more questions for the next days.

Hi,

1- you send the whole package to CIO, not the VO. I assume you are submitting new app.

2- yes, you can send originals.

3- the police certificates have have to be in English or French. You have to translate it.

Good luck.

hi,
Please note that you must send all docs required by both CIO and VO checklists to CIO.
Send only 1 copy (though some docs are required by both CIO and VO).
CIO will forward yours docs to your VO at later stage.
PPC must be in English/French so translate it.
Which docs must be original:
1. IELTS (General training only)
2. Employer ref. letter
3. University sealed transcripts
4. Bank Certificate
5.PCC

Other docs must be notarized copy.

wow!! I am surprised!! that was a quik answer!

as I said in my first message
here are forgotten questions...

I have also some doubds about my university transcrips...

well I have my universitary diplomas (I am architect, plus a couple of masters degree I have) and some other minor postgrade courses...

but... I really went out from the uni about 10 years ago, and in this time there had been a lot of changes, such of big modifications in the
universitary programs, chages in the length of courses... not to mention this Bolognia-LAW in the EU to make things even worse...

lets say it is going to be difficult to get some of the transcripts if not imposible.

I HOPE THE DIPLOMAS AND THEIR TRANSLATIONS WILL BE ENOUGH.

I will provide professional body certifications, and certified list of my works... I have been working as architect in my own office for more than seven years now.

hope they dont hesitate about transcrips.

University sealed transcript is mandatory.
you can use "modify" tab instead of posting same message twice

As long as your certificates can be authenticated and verified by your university, no worries. You submit what you have however, get it a try with the university so you can prove later that you tried.

Good luck

Not exactly 'mandatory' though CIC requires that. Many universities don't do this. He can send his and explain the reasons.

Cheers
