just would like to ask you a question. i have relative in canada which happened to be the first cousin of my mother. they are very close to our family and to me. however, my agency told me according to the rules it must be immediate family sister or brother of my mother, niece or nephew of my auntie.

the cousin of my mother is very willing to help me and accommodate me once i reach Canada.  they are also willing to write Canadian embassy to testify and give the details of their house and everything.

I just got 10points in English, total of 64 points. if Canada will allow first cousin of my auntie i will reach 70 points.

hope you could give me advice or opinion.

thank you and God bless

No points are awarded for first cousins or distant relatives, try to secure more points from IELTS, you are pretty close. Their willingness to assist you will not fetch any points.

My agency told me to repeat my ielts or look for job offer. However, job offer might take 8 weeks or more perhaps,. i just have months to prepare for everything.

Thank you so much and God bless you

your inbox is full, delete some messages so that other members can PM u.However, here is the reply:
"Your agency was right. your mom's cousin can't sponsor u.if she was your mom's own sis then she could.
By the way, sit for ielts again and try to score 14 and that will make your points up to 68(passmark=67)"
