But I'm a born and raised resident of Canada so I only have my birth certificate....but my residency stamp for Jamaica if thats what your talking about....you know I have no freaking idea what name its in. I think its in my married name and only my passport is in my maiden name. Lawd a mercy....I better go check LOL.....

sorry my bad I thought i saw something about u not getting citizenship yet, let me re-read, but either way use the name in your passport, i wanted to use my married name which is also on my DL, H/C, AND SIN, but I was told that I had to use the name that was on my pr or my pp or else it would slow down the process.

smoothiesqueen.... I used my married name on the application and my passport was still in my maiden name... I did include photocopy of other ID so they would see that my name has been changed... This has not caused any problems in my application process...
Also, I would say that sending the original birth cert for your husband and daughter is the smart thing to do and also sending mariage certificate this way they will not need to request it...

Just wanted to say thanks for your concerns everyone. Unfortunately her grandma didn't make it through the night.... it's time like these the waiting process really sucks, when there's not much i can do to comfort her. I think she'll prob be on when shes feeling a lil better though but i just wanted to update you guys.
