Kedeisha - im here for a min wuts up? and I totally agree everyone loves marine land is the jam, i cant help but sing it everytime the commercials on lol ur so funny!
Lonely_wife- how do I request CAIPS notes and what are they? (if anyone else knows the answer please answer)
Things have been so quiet lately, can any1 thats in KNG go check the embassy and make sure all the workers havent gone a beach...
Some good news for any of us would just make my weekend...

I found this for u hope it helps http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563B.pdf fill in the firm with the required details i.e.: a) Visa post (e.g. Buffalo, NY etc.) b) File number (e.g. BXXXX..) c) Date of Birth d) Your Postal address (In Canada address only) 2) Check on the box for the CAIPS notes request in the form. 3)Provide a photocopy of your valid permit/visa in Canada (Person requesting). 4) Write a cover letter requesting the notes (Person who requests writes that). Post all the papers together to : Citizenship and Immigration Canada Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator Narono Building 360 Laurier Avenue West, 10th Floor Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1 Tel.: (613) 957-6512 Fax: (613) 957-6517 |

Morning family,
How is everyone doing. I was wondering my daughter who is in England was asked to redo her medical. The thing the I/O gave me a medical redo form for her to do her medical, however I had sent it by Express post but she haven't received it up to now, so she went ahead and did the medical but the medical results was sent to medical office in England and it should have been sent to Trinidad. Anyway she sent the medical form that she did the medical to me and I dropped it off at the KGN embassy about three weeks now.
What I am wondering now if when they are looking for her medical how will they find it and if that could have also cause the delay in getting that passport call.
I have done my medical from June 3 and police check from June 1 and up to now I haven't heard anything. I have the number and extension of the I/O that is working on my case but I called she is on leave and is not schedule back until August 3.
What happen to your file when the I/O is gone on vacation leave? Is it being transferred to another agent or does it sit there until they return to work.
I would really like to get through before September because I would like to register for school so that I can continuing my Accounting Studies that I used to do in Jamaica. I was doing the AAT course.

hi forum fam, congrats to ABA and everyone else with updates, hopefully hubby's own is rite around the corner.
Lonely- i did just what you suggested from yesterday so think you have a little physic power in you, hopefully that will get me some sort of response in short order.
Proper hubby did his at the ending of may so i think we're in the same boat, but it says 6-8 weeks on the forum for medicals to be updated and sometimes i see people getting call even 2 weeks after so am just stretched thin rite now with my frustration

Mylilangel- mr proper dint have to do a whole new thorough medical, jus extra blood work which everything turned out fine. It sucks that it puts you back so far cuz I'm sure if he dint have to do this he woulda been here long ago. I sent kgn an email later asking if they received the results hoping maybe that will get them to pull our file and start working on it again. My fingers and toes are crossed that next week we hear something!
