Morning all! Hope everyone gets through this long weekend! I plan to clean up my house, pack a bunch of stuff up to donate to a lil place outside of edmonton that had a wildfire that torched nearly half the town. So a good oppritunity to get rid of some of my closet space! It sunny and hot here today, i wish i could go to the park, but im not kidding you there are swarms or moskiteos! hubby always makes remarks how big the moskiteos are in ja, when i see one, i laugh!!! im like.. dude... you have no idea about albertan moskiteos, they could carry a small child away! haha!
I was hoping to come home prego, but, no luck, spent most my day yesterday crying my face off, over everything! Oprah.. she is trying to kill me with this last season! fo real! by the time that show was over my head was about to explode! i needed tylenol to numb my brain! I would like a tear free day, but its unlikely! i havent told hubby yet that Im not pregnant, honestly I am dreading that call...
Im gonna have to at some point, but maybe after i finish wallowing in my own self pity, that way his self pity wont trigger me deeper in mine!
anyone else wanna dive into a king size cadbury bar with me?

At last the weather is trying to cooperate. 

UPDATE:  I got update on tracker this morning.  E-Cas updated hubby's file to "In Process" as of May 17th and Medicals Received. 

We are sooo excited but trying to keep it real too.  I hope the update means they almost done the file and will be calling very soon or it could mean they just finally start the file.  We are crossing our fingers for call soon.

Irving : It is always said that everything happens for a reason and while I know first hand so many times we have to sit back and say WHYYYYY!! I do whole heartedly believe that your hubby will want to be a part of every appointment.. every ultrasound...every kick.. every moment of your pregnancy of the little one you will share together so although it's a no this time, it will come in the future and you will both be so happy it happened EXACTLY when it did and not a moment sooner. Hang in there my friend.

thanks for the heads up LP.  I've already told hubby to be glued to that phone.  He was so cute the other day cuz his phone rang at 7am and it was private.  He was so upset and then I reminded him that the office opens around 8am so he shouldn't worry about that one.  ...glad to see he is on alert though

Irving - yes, you def gotta get the e-tracker.  it is a guy that sets up the program to check your e-tracker and when it updates it sends you an email.  I was leery at first but it has caught a few updates that I might not have seen.  for example when hubby's address was removed and re-instated it prompted an email.  sometimes you get email when there is no change but by listening to others I really believe they have touched your file....and that kinda feels good too. Well I sure wish we had of filed for my husbands son's to come at the same time as him.  Now we have to redo the medicals and go thru this whole waiting period all over again.  He is taking the boys Tuesday for medicals so we can start the process for them to come while my hubby is in Canada, just trying to get all our ducks in a row before he leaves Jamaica.

Jaruby: on our application we applied with our daughter same time as Hubby.  I didn't fill out any form, we just had to have notorized letter from mother along with custody papers.  I hope that helps so get him to start on custody papers and notorized/ justice of peace letter from the mothers.....hope he has good relationship with the mothers...

Irving- I know the feeling all too well. You book those flights around ovulation time and pray to almighty God. Everyday leading up to your next P feels like forever. In january I went to JA for a week and I wanted nothing more than to come back pregnant again. I was even late and thought OMG its happenening and the big "P" arrives. (proper can handle it he lived in a house full of sisters lol). Breaking the news to hubby is that much harder. I broke the news quickly and there was dead silence and knew in my heart he was disappointed but hubby is so light hearted and quickly made a joke about "nex time" Hope your feeling better girl! Disappointing especially when trying again is based on the next trip ond ovulation coinciding. Hopefully trying again will be soon right here in Canada where our Hubbies belong. Big hugs!

Well peeps it another Saturday morning and the weather looks like it's going to be a gorgeous day here in the T.O.  and of course where am I here at work.....UUUGGGGHHH!!!! oh well at least I will get some of the evening and I will have my first day off in about 6 weeks on Monday...YAHHHH!!!!

I hope everyone has a lovely weekend and when Tuesday comes KGN will be burning up the computers and sending out lots of letters and making thosw well needed phone calls.!!!!!

Good Morning Everyone,

It looks like today is going to be the day to make any outdoor movements out of this here long weekend. The sun is shining... the weather is sweet! My son and I are going to head out for an big walk over to my brother in law and nephews house and spend the afternoon with them. Try to get as much sunshine as we can. The rest of the weekend I have a lot of packing and cleaning to do so that will be easier to accept if it's raining!
