I did not pass the qualifying points in self-assessment test in the CIC canada website but my job is included in the list of 29 in demand occupation (NOC 1233), I do not have any job offer or relative connections in canada, can I still apply for PR? need any response for my decision. your response is greatly appreciated. Hi! I am IRISH from Philippines. We applied in manitoba as General stream.. I am currently under common law relationship. My friend in Manitoba passed my application at notredame.. She passed it last May 14, 2011.. I'm still waiting for the response of embassy if they already receive my application.. I hope they will reply me very soon.. Anyone who can told me how long it will take in my case.. I think I pass all the documents required because I just followed the MDOC under gen. stream. [/color]
